Kindergarten

In the beginning of kindergarten the children do a color unit incorporating the shapes. They bake, try new foods, and read many interesting color books. In the fall, they study animals and what they do to prepare for winter. During the winter months, they discuss the weather and how it affects our world. They also have a unit about bears in the winter months. The spring brings units on insects, plants and ocean life.
